Good app. 3 stars due to a few things I feel need changing. the English names are not all correct Shoulder throw (Seio nage) is labeled as back throw. Seio = shoulder. Ushiro=back. not spotted others yet but will feedback when I do. Also the quiz could do with more similar answers having only one gatame/goshi/nage answer when asking to identify a holddown/hip/throw makes it too easy to know which is the right answer. Maybe add a harder difficulty.

Good reminders for higher grades. Video stills are good if you know what you're talking about but the stilted frames make it difficult to tell the finer details of techniques apart.... For example Gake vs gari..... On the whole it is working for me currently training for an technical shodan grading in 2020. Thanks very much creators...

Techniques organized by belt, stable app, very convenient. However, different countries have different belt systems (I'm working on 9th kyu in Germany) and it would be nice to have customizability, especially on the quizzes given before sessions.
